Our Director

Emma Connor

Hi everyone! My name is Emma and I’m the Founder and National Director for Charity Pageants Australia.

I have been involved in the pageant industry for 7 years as a competitor, a title holder a judge, and for the last few years as a Director.

A bit about my pageant experience as a competitor.....

I competed in my very first pageant at 18 years old (2015) at the WA State Finals of Miss Galaxy Australia. I then went on to compete at the National Finals of Face of The Globe Australia in early 2016 and then competed again at the WA state finals of Miss Galaxy Australia in late 2016.

Whilst competing in Face of The Globe Australia and in the lead up to the National Finals I decided to put on a pageant fundraising event as part of my charity/fundraising work and that is how Charity Pageants Australia was born.

In April 2017 I decided to enter my very first Glitz pageant, Miss Glitz Australia. It was a different experience to the previous Miss style systems but it was definitely a memorable adventure.

At the beginning of 2017 my husband and I found out we were expecting our first baby so that year was definitely a busy one whilst taking a break from pageantry.

Towards the end of 2019 I was honoured to be awarded my very first National title of Mrs Oceania Regency International 2020/2021  !!

Charity Pageants Australia came about from my immediate LOVE of pageantry. I simply fell in love with the sisterhood, friendships and pure joy I feel in not just competing but through judging various events as well as directing my own system.

I wanted more than anything for CPA to be different. I wanted it to be a warm and welcoming environment for anyone no matter their pageant experience, age, shape and/or size, nationality or religion.
